We contacted Saud over a year ago & he visited us with his wife Cynthia. We were not ready to sell the property and needed more time to get the house ready. We knew from first day that they were our agents. They never rushed us in-fact they gave us great advice about what we should or shouldn’t do since we were fixing & remodeling the house. Our remodeling project took us less than a year and during this time, they visited us couple of times to check on us but never rushed us. From day one Sauds been vary helpful with buying this property as a new homeowner I didnt know the vast process of actually buying a house but he made it as easy as possible working with the midnight hours that I had to work he accommodate me in every which way fully answering all my questions along with being former military the veterans credit he offered definetly helped when it came to closing costs! I cant reccomend Saud and his wife enough if you need a home there the ones you want helping you through the process I hope to work with them in future when it comes time for me to get stationed somewhere else and sell the home!
