From start to finish Saud helped me buy a condo. I’m a healthcare worker and he gave me his discount on his commission, which is amazing. No one does this. He did this before covid. Amazing company. This is the way home buying should be. They do everything, you pick the home, provide money and signatures and they negotiate and take care of everything. They look out for you better than family. One word - WOW!! Such an amazing experience working with Saud and Cynthia. They truly went over and beyond for us. We had several 'unprecedented' situations happen during our home buying process and they supported us 100% every step of the way. For example, when our move date was delayed by the seller, Saud provided a credit toward our expenses to help alleviate the situation. In the final days before closing, we found out our seller was sick with Covid 19 and they personally paid for the house to get sanitized by a professional company. This was our first home buying experience and we couldn't be happier to have done it with Saud and Cynthia by our side. Over the past few months, they became friends first and foremost. I met Saud just before the pandemic began. I was looking to move from out of state and because of the pandemic I wasn’t able to travel as I had originally planned. I had quite a few concerns but Saud was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to find out exactly what I really wanted and always made himself available for any questions I had.
