Sarah was the absolute best! As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I really didn't know what we were doing, but Sarah made everything easy to understand and made sure we knew exactly where we were in the process, what was happening and why, and what the next steps would be. She also connected us with a fantastic lender recommendation to help that side of the process run smoothly. I especially appreciated her efforts during negotiations over price and at closing, when she went to bat for us to make sure we got a fair deal based on the inspection report and other items. Lastly, her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and even afterwards we continue to stay in touch. We're very grateful for all her help!

I'm a friend of Katie's from university days, and when I wanted to make a dramatic change in my life — moving from Northern Virginia to Southern Virginia — I called her up. It was Katie who got me in touch with Kathy here in Lynchburg, and it was Katie who introduced us to Sarah. Then the wheels started turning. I now write this review from the porch of our Craftsman home, my house of 25 years in Northern Virginia sold and in the hands of new owners. Katie and Sarah's advice on how to handle this transition, what was needed for the Northern Virginia house, and their handling of the property was absolutely top notch. No surprises. No hiccups. No unexpected disappointments. Both Katie and Sarah were above board, treated me and my wife with respect, and managed an incredible life transition for me. The staging of the house was nothing less than brilliant. In all honesty, I almost didn't recognize the place. I could not have been happier with how it all went, and I would be the first to say "Trust these two..." if you are looking to sell a property. It's a beautiful day in Lynchburg, and the view I'm taking in presently reflects that. None of this wouldn't have happened without my friend Katie, and my new friend Sarah. In selling my home I met with four different realtor teams. A little over the top but it's my home I'm entrusting to someone who needs to represent me and my interests, so how to choose; what are the intangibles that help you decide? I'd like to point to one thing and say 'this is why I picked My Move DMV' but I can't. In hindsight there were too many to name but the team stood out in how they talk to their marketing approach; how they derive an asking versus the target; the staging; the pre-market activities...the list continues but you know that they've covered all the bases. The net result was the right price at the right time netting us the right terms and a SALE. They were there and you can't ask for a better, more professional team. Just my humble opinion!!

Anything that I needed to know, they had the answer. Like paying off my mortgage as one example. Or how do I pay it off? They had all the answers!
