Sarah was an absolute joy to work with on what was a very challenging property. I had to be out of state to care for a loved one when the property was listed. It was gated with a significant security system as I had a barn and horses on the property. Therefore, Sarah had to be there for every showing as it had secure access. Sarah immediately had cash buyers in mind and once they saw the property they were willing to go to contract. She handled a number of issues for me during the due diligence period as I was not able to be there in person. I could go on an on about how helpful she was to me but what stands out the most is her knowledge of the market for specialty properties and her ability to bring buyers and sellers together.
