We were extremely impressed with Sarah’s handling of our home sale. She was so vivacious and outgoing it made the process much easier from the start. The house was my wife’s and there was a lot of sentimental feelings attached and Sarah took that into account as the process began. She had beautiful pictures taken and they showed the beauty and comfort the house provided. She did an outstanding job with the showings and it did not take long before we had a firm offer. She kept us informed on a regular basis as the process went forward. We were thrilled with the results.
Sarah was an absolute joy to work with on what was a very challenging property. I had to be out of state to care for a loved one when the property was listed. It was gated with a significant security system as I had a barn and horses on the property. Therefore, Sarah had to be there for every showing as it had secure access. Sarah immediately had cash buyers in mind and once they saw the property they were willing to go to contract. She handled a number of issues for me during the due diligence period as I was not able to be there in person. I could go on an on about how helpful she was to me but what stands out the most is her knowledge of the market for specialty properties and her ability to bring buyers and sellers together. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking in the Golden Gate Estates market as well as the greater Naples Area.
