There's no question that the first half of 2025 was a time of rapid (and not great for sellers) changes in the SW Fla real estate market. Simply put, Sarah was great. She is patient, experienced, and she is a great communicator. Our deal was complicated and, at times, extremely challenging. Sarah navigated it all with ease, "talking us off the ledge" a number of times as we made our way towards closing.
