When we purchased our home on Parvins Mill Road, we noticed that Sarah was an incredible agent to the seller and even helped answer our questions. She was attentive and knowledgeable and made our agent look like a novice. We had wished Sarah was representing us to buy the home. We knew if we ever needed a realtor again, we would call Sarah. Fast forward to now, we need to sell our home on Parvins Mill. We called Sarah, and she was right on top of it. Again, she was helpful and knowledgeable, got everything done, and knew great contractors to complete things well and cost-effectively. There are a lot of little nuances to Cumberland County, and Sarah had it all covered. I have never recommended a realtor before because I have always felt like I needed to "help" or "babysit" them to ensure stuff got done. That is not what you get with Sarah.
