She was not afraid to speak her mind about the home, market, expectations etc. Many sellers/buyers and agents are wildly delusional and Jackie is not. She provided excellent information, communication and direction. We could not be happier.

Chad was also very informative about why it was important to have certain things done like home loan approvals before seeing homes. In the past realtors have bullied us instead of talking us through steps we needed to do. Chad was willing to research areas we were interested in. He was ready to answer questions about shops, schools, and putting our wants and needs into finding the right home and neighborhood. Chad friendliness was a relief, he made us feel welcomed into every house or property he showed us. When we told Chad about our hectic schedules, he was willing to flex to meet our schedules taking pressure off of our shoulders. When it was time to buy our new house he went above and beyond to make our experience as stress free and expedient as possible. Including getting us contacted with everyone needed to purchase an older home in need of repairs. I recommend Chad to anyone who needs help finding their new home, whether they are looking for a forever home or a temporary station in their life.
