I started the search for my Forever Home two years before meeting Sandra Avila. I would search online, find a home I was interested in, and then drive around the neighborhood. The first realtor I met was recommended to me. He drove me around half a dozen neighborhoods. He then told me that he would show me three homes and he would be able to tell me exactly what house I would want to buy. When I met Sandra Avila, I told her what I was looking for in my new home. After seeing several houses that I liked, there was always “something” that just didn’t feel right with each one. Sandra would talk to me in a friendly, yet professional way that made me feel that I was not wasting her time. She never said, “I’m going to show you a home today that you are really going to like!” Instead, she was interested in what I liked and didn’t like about each house. And she never forgot anything I told her. It was as though she had a mental file on me! She once said to me, “I’m waiting for that “WOW” factor.” To say that working with Sandra was a pleasure would be an understatement. She made the process of buying a home feel comfortable. Sandra was always available to answer my many questions and concerns. I was confident that she would figure out an effective solution to any situation. I appreciated Sandra’s communication skills when she spoke with the seller’s realtor. She was proficient in asking the right questions before I even thought of them. When I walked into 16373 with my daughter, I knew I was HOME! It was the “WOW” Sandra talked about.
