I started the search for my Forever Home two years before meeting Sandra Avila. I would search online, find a home I was interested in, and then drive around the neighborhood. The first realtor I met was recommended to me. He drove me around half a dozen neighborhoods. He then told me that he would show me three homes and he would be able to tell me exactly what house I would want to buy. When I met Sandra Avila, I told her what I was looking for in my new home.
