Samantha goes far beyond the call of duty. She made sure we were always up to speed on all that was required of us. She’s tireless in her advocacy. I’ve never seen a realtor who does so much for her clients. There is none better.

I had bought my home using Coldwell Banker and had an exemplary experience. My agent had retired so I was referred to Samantha. Ms. Hei is a skilled professional. I interviewed over 5 agents at several firms and she by far was the most accurate in gauging the local market and helping me price my home to the best advantage. She offered wise counsel in staging and marketing prior to the listing. I sold my house before it ever went on the market for ten thousand above the listed price. Throughout the process afterwards and until the closing she was accessible, knowledgable and invaluable. I have bought and sold six homes with multiple agents in several states and Samantha was by far the best experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Samantha was amazing to work with! She is a true professional who knows the market and all the subtleties of real estate contracts. She presented us with a portfolio of comps, had great rationale for her pricing and was spot on. She was always responsive, attentive and took care of every last detail including recommending cleaning and maintenance providers to take care of preparations. She kept us in the loop daily and got our house sold for a great price in just a few short days. She even was able to help sell our furniture we didn't want to move!

What can we say about Sam? Wow! 5 stars is not enough. 6 or 7 or 10 would be more like it. She is an unbelievably great realtor. She made us feel like we were her only customer. She listened well to our ideas on the house and area that we wanted and she tailored possible houses to that end. Yet, she also showed us houses outside of those parameters just to be sure that we did not miss anything. When we found the house we wanted she helped us through the negotiations. After the agreement was made, she helped us through all of the inspections, document signings and rigamorole that was necessary, all with a cheery attitude, as if working with us was the only thing she had to do (which surely was not the case). When we arrived in Tucson she did the walk-through with us and guided us through the closing. She has been a font of information for us regarding services and all sorts of things we need for life here in Arizona, because we came from Pennsylvania. We have been blessed to find Sam and we think she will be a friend forever.
