I have been using Ryan since 2005. Since then I have bought 3 houses and every time he was reliable and resourceful. I wouldn't say I'm picky but I definitely know what I like and he never once made me feel like I was a hassle to him. I was working with limited time and looked at quite a few houses before finding the one I'm in now but Ryan was very patient and helpful in finding just what I was looking for. He also helped me out with my rental property, which was the first house I bought from him. Being a first time home buyer we were a little intimidated when entering into house hunting. We were very blessed to work with Ryan as our realtor as he is easy to talk to definitely knows his stuff! We found this to be true. Our house sold the first day it was on the market and we got a very fair price for it. Ryan was very definite about what we needed to do to make our house appeal to buyers. At the same time he was flexible when certain improvements proved too difficult for us to do. He made a concerted effort to save us money wherever possible I found him very considerate and patient with explanations. I found Ryan to be one of the best agents I've ever met and I have lived all over the country. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. His area expertise of Howard County and Anne Arundel in particular was very helpful in narrowing down the searches to avoid wasting unnecessary time. One example of this was I had mentioned a house I was interested in looking at and when I told him over the phone the location he said that there were power lines nearby. I was stunned that he just knew that from the street that I gave him. While I was looking for a home I had 1 1/2 year old twin girls, so needless to say my time was limited and I didn't want to spend it looking at places that I wouldn't be interested in. He was very accommodating to my schedule and my children's nap time and feeding. They often were with me when we looked and Ryan's patience and sense of humor put me at ease and helped make the time go by as smoothly as possible. Additionally, the builder that I was buying my home from was extremely difficult to say the least and Ryan went to bat for me, trying to remain as professional as possible when dealing with such a difficult person. He got me everything I wanted and bared the brunt of all the problems. Trust me, there were times I just wanted to take the phone from Ryan and yell at the builder. Lastly, because my home didn't come with a mailbox on the street corner, Ryan was kind enough to allow me to pick one out and he actually went to Home Depot and bought it, the supplies, including cement, and put in my mailbox and post. He did an excellent job and it's still standing straight after three years. I strongly recommend Ryan for all your real estate needs, you won't be disappointed!

Buying a house is a significant investment and it's absolutely imperative that you have someone like Ryan that can level set with you on the realities when purchasing a home. Also, it was great to have someone on your side that is fighting for you to maximize every detail to your advantage so that you're getting the absolute best deal you can get. Amazing is an understatement! Ryan showed us about 10 different houses and in each one he helped us look for things we would've otherwise missed as first time home buyers. He showed us how to check for mold, looked at the plumbing and checked the electric in each of the houses we looked at. As we visited homes Ryan really honed in on what we wanted and what would be deal breakers for us. Ryan was on the hunt for us. Ryan met with us late one night to write the offer because my husband and I were so eager to get the house we wanted to get it to the seller ASAP. He offered us advice and made sure we were comfortable with each step of the process. We even met at his kitchen table one night to sign a lead-paint addendum the seller had added at the last minute. Our experience working with Ryan could not have been better. He is accessible to his clients and really wants the best for them! We are so thankful we found him when we did. We settled on October 26th, 4 days before our lease was up!
