When we decided it was time to sell our townhouse and look for a larger, single family home, we had a lot of anxiety and stress about the process. Luckily a friend recommended Ryan Breeden. He was absolutely amazing. He made recommendations for cosmetic improvements to our townhouse that we could easily do to make it more desirable to potential buyers. Our townhouse was only two bedroom, so we assumed it would take longer to sell in a market with a lot of inventory.
