Ryan is indeed an excellent agent, period! My husband and I are first-time home buyers. We knew nothing about the process by the time we started. Ryan just helped us find our dream home. The way they operate is to have different people handle different steps of the home-buying/selling transaction. And they were not very good at keeping relevant people informed.
