I have waited far too long to write this review. Ryan has helped me sell and buy a property. When buying our house, it was a nightmare situation. The house is beautiful, but the seller who also built the house still didn’t have the final permit for it and was being sued by the county to vacate. The story is long, but includes me and Ryan crawling around in the attic, taking pictures, hiring someone to help us finalize the permitting. After doing so much to help us get this house over the course of many months during the most competitive market, perhaps ever, we finally got to closing day, and the seller doesn’t show. I can’t get into more details, because it got really sticky legally. However we finally got to the finish line. I have never heard of an agent so hard working and honest. I don’t often give recommendations, but all the hard work Ryan did for us, I promise you, especially during this time of uncertainty with the real estate agent situation, you will be getting someone who is more than worth every penny who will fight for you every step of the way. Thank you Ryan for helping my family through one of the most difficult sales I’ve ever heard about.

Working with Ryan was great. While our sale was very smooth (he got us above asking after only one weekend of showing), there were some stresses a long the way, and he handled them all with expertise. Our first buyers backed out and Ryan had another offer for us the same day. When our appraisal came in low, Ryan noticed errors in the report, presented them and the appraisal was fixed. He has a background in contracting which was extremely helpful because he knew how to get anything fixed and arranged for the repairs himself. He managed everything, including lots of questions and emails from us, with patience and know how. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Ryan from family that utilized him for the sale of their townhouse and purchase of single family. Ryan not only sold my townhouse and but assisted with my purchase of a single family. He was knowledgeable on how to stage the townhouse. The photos came out amazing and brought people in the door. Appointments were scheduled during the coming soon phase. I received numerous offers the first weekend on the market and for over asking; I was under contract within 2 days. As for the buying side of the house, Ryan did a great job identifying options that fit my needs and interest. He was able to secure a contract on the house I bought despite others offers being made. Settlement was easy as the title company (Ravens) was on point and organized. Ryan followed up on the weeks post settlement to ensure any outstanding requirements were completed. I plan to use Ryan again in the future for any real estate needs that may arise.

Ryan helped us navigate through a very difficult period, and I can't recommend him enough. This review is written late, but it absolutely needed to be written. I contacted Ryan last October (2022) when my fiancée and I were planning our move from Maryland to New York. After our first meeting, I knew I wanted Ryan to sell my home. He's very knowledgeable, kind, and gave great advice for preparing my home for sale. His experience became even more valuable, and I observed just how committed he is to his clients when the first buyer of my home backed out of the deal 3 days before the final sale. That was a very nerve-wracking time for us because we couldn't purchase the new home we had our hearts set on if our place in Maryland didn't sell. He placed my home back on the market, and within two days, we had another buyer and an even better deal than the first time. I feel like this is important to note because, at that time, interest rates were rising, and home sales were declining. You can't go wrong with Ryan as your realtor; I only wish they were all this great.

He did an amazing job helping us buy a house in Severna Park during 100% seller’s market (houses going for over the asking price and being sold in days after being listed). Ryan always got back to us right away, he answered all our questions during home tours including estimated costs of potential renovations and repairs, specifics of the neighborhood, and he never put pressure on us or rushed us in making a decision. He did an awesome job in preparing very competitive offers.
