Ryan understands the market very well. He also knows what needs to be done by the seller to make a more favorable first impression. We were working toward listing the condo when he found a buyer avoiding the listing/showing process altogether. He negotiated a favorable contract which included giving me time to find a new home. In summary, the condo sold much faster than I expected for a price above estimates.
