Let me tell you a story. After deciding to move to El Paso, I had maybe one or two people I knew in this town and they recommended me to their former colleague and friend, Miss Rubiliz Garcia. At first, I didn't know what to expect from them but I decided to just go all in on staying out here. First it was rentals and helping me out find a place and then it turned into homebuying. I was astounded by the amount of care someone can give to a job and to a client (me). I was uncertain at first when i decided to go on this journey, I didn't think I was even able to afford a home in the first place. It never crossed my mind and it was my first time buying. I've been searching for a new home since the summer time with Rubiliz and it was fun. Seeing the different home builds gave me an idea of what I could see as my own home. We were able to even go through numbers and scenarios months in advance, much before I found the perfect home for my family. So this was mine and my wife’s first time buying a house. Very stressed starting out, but Rubí was there every step of the way! She explained every step as it was coming up, and when we hit bumps at no fault of her own she made sure to contact everyone to speed things along. She was like a personal manager, a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, and a down to earth friend, all in one! She was also the most hands on, knowledgeable realtor we worked during our journey.
