I started the house hunting process in August, and 3 weeks later, I was able to find my home! This could not be done without Roxy. Roxy is incredibly responsive and made the buying experience very easy and smooth. After chatting about my criteria, she quickly got me in contact with the Loan Officer – Josh Jelsing (who’s also awesome, look him up!), scheduled back to back viewings based on my requirements, and helped me narrow down the neighborhoods I’d like to be in. In the city where housing inventory is so limited, you really need an agent like Roxy who can act fast to get you in the game. If you are new to the process, don’t worry, she’s very knowledgeable about the buying process and will walk you through the process step by step. Roxy worked hard to make sure I got everything out of the sale and was there for anything I needed throughout the closing process and beyond. Now I’ve been living in the condo for a month, and every day when I enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony, I couldn’t be more thankful for Roxy to make this happy purchase happen.
