Went the extra mile and sold well above asking
Being out-of-town sellers, it was important that we have a partner with the knowledge and willingness to arrange local resources to do the needed repairs and cleaning to get our house in the best shape for selling. She went over and above to coordinate and over see the local work. As a result of that effort, and her knowledge of the market and market timing, we were able to sell for significantly over our asking price.
