Ron went above and beyond. He was viewing houses for me while I was still in NY unable to get to Florida to look for a home. I would send a list and go visit it and take pictures. He made suggestions, And when I was able to get down here anytime I wished to see a residence, he did not hesitate to make an appointment to view it. Very helpful.
Run was great throughout the entire process, he sold my home and also helped me purchase my new home. All in 30 days. Great communication, even willing to work on Sundays. Definitely recommend him and will utilize him in all my future purchases.
Mr. Hurst made purchasing our home a great experience! Not only is this our first home, but we were in another state! His years of experience and knowledge were noticeable from the start. He helped us in so many ways to find our home, and was always available to answer any questions we had. He is very passionate and enjoys his job which showed, as he would drive to areas to look at houses for us and send pictures. When it came to the offers and the sale, Mr.Hurst made sure to explain every document and again answer all of our questions! He is so very nice, respectful, polite, not a pushy salesman. I really can't say enough good things about him! My husband, I and our kids, all truly appreciate everything he did for us!
Mr. Hurst has helped me on the Dellwood transaction through tons of up and downs. Covid 19, mortgage issues, buyer being laid off. Throughout the entire process. Mr hurst was there snd available.
