She took time with me. Romy also connected me to a fantastic lender. I explained my timeline. I was considering December as a purchase time. Romy sent me listings to review. When a property interested me she provided the details on the homes. I made my first offer in December, but someone else beat me to it and was accepted. Romy kept looking. There was never pressure. I wasn't on a timeline, but was firm about my price point. Romy took me out to lunch one day then we went shopping together. The first place we visited was exactly what I wanted. Romy and I thoroughly toured the home and my offer was in the next day. I'm so happy to say that I'm now the owner of my first home. We closed in 15 days because Romy and the lender worked super fast. When I had questions, they were answered. Romy was with me for my inspection, follow-up inspection and assisted with the short term rental until the sellers move. I feel like my BFF was helping me along the way. Romy is knowledgeable and friendly. She is easy to work with and is accessible by phone, text, email or face-to-face visits. I appreciate her respecting my comfort level as far as budget. I also appreciate her guidance as this was my first time buying a home. What she suggested I offer is exactly what the house appraised for. I was impressed by that and the entire process with her. I have two friends who are now inspired to buy a home.
