Let me start by saying that we have bought and sold 6 homes in the past forty one years, and Roland is by far the Cream of the Crop when it comes to real estate agents! I cannot stress this strongly enough! We met him by chance when he was showing another home in our neighborhood. I immediately noticed how polite and genuine he was, and my husband just really liked him from the get go as well. When we were ready to interview agents to list our home with we ended up hiring Roland for the undaunting job! We needed a lot of help because we were already listing later than planned and we missed the "prime" selling season by about two months. Plus, my husband was working full time and not able to help much, other than on the weekends and I am disabled and could do little to contribute unlike our previous moves. That being said, Roland did NOT let this get in his way of realizing our goal. He took this listing on as if it were his own home, he also let his wonderful wife join our "team". She has a real talent for staging your belongings for the pics! Roland was phenomenal!! Not only was I very comfortable with him in my home, but never have we seen someone work so hard, be so particular and neat and have great idea's like him! He pitched in to help us on so many levels that I just can't list them all! You talk about "sweat equity", I think they were talking about Roland when that term was coined! Therefore, because of all his hard work we were able to list our home in August and had an open house on what is typically the slowest weekend of the summer for real estate sales. He even left his own vacation for the day to come host it! It turned out to be a very brisk Open House, and the very first couple that walked through the door bought our home!
