Roland is a realtor who goes above and beyond the call of duty. He sold my Mom's home and was invaluable to my family. He offered invaluable assistance to us getting her home ready for sale. He sold it in 3 days. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is selling their home.
Roland went above and beyond in service to myself and my family. He and his wife staged our home beautifully. They both made it look wonderful. Roland sold our home in 3 days and received multiple offers. He even helped us clean out the home at times and gave us excellent referrals for service providers we needed. He was always available to take phone calls and help us out.
He knows what he is doing. He went out of his way to help us. Kept up with me all the way through everything. We thank him for everything. Thanks Kurt
Roland Gelinas was recommended by a friend of our family and we could not be happier with the excellent service he provided. My brother and I live out of state and had limited time to prepare my mother's house for sale after her passing. Roland and his wife Joy went above and beyond to get the house cleared of the many belongings that were left behind. He kept us informed and consulted us throughout the process. He quickly had the house cleared and cleaned up for the many prospective buyers which he had lined up. Because of Roland's extra effort and excellent presentation we had many bids which well exceeded our expectations. On behalf of my bother Kurt and I we would strongly recommend Roland Gelinas as your agent. Karl Bergman
Roland is the absolute best real estate agent (my 2nd time selling a home) and nicest person. So knowledgeable and helpful. Roland, his wife Joy, and brother-in-law Doug, went way over, above and beyond all expectations to prepare my home sale for my out of state move.
I can't say enough good things about Roland & his wife Joy. They used their extensive knowledge and helped guide us through the prep and sale of our home. Roland and Joy went above and beyond to make sure the house looked amazing for the open house and it's potential new owners. They put in the extra time and effort to ensure that we and it's new owners would be happy with everything. He did a lot of things that you wouldn't expect a typical realtor would even do. He helped us paint walls and trim work and some yard work to really give the best impression possible. We had used Roland to find what we thought was our forever home and now with all his help someone else has found it too. I have and will always recommend Roland to friends and family when someone mentions buying or selling a house and I live three states away now!
Roland was the type of real estate professional that everyone would hope for. He made my Mother so comfortable with the sale of her home from beginning to end. Thanks Roland, I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home!
Roland helped our family navigate the home sale in a concise and organized way. The personal attention and service we received was outstanding. His calm and professional manner steered us all to a wonderful outcome!
Roland really wanted to make sure we found our perfect home. He worked around our schedule (which was no easy task) and was available at the drop of a hat. He was responsive, supportive, and honest when he didn’t think a house was the perfect fit or was overpriced. He was awesome!
Working with Roland made the house buying process easy and stress-free. With this being my first time buying a home, I was unsure how to navigate the process and what to expect. Roland was the helping hand needed to ensure I navigated this new terrain successfully. He was there to answer my questions at any time of the day and was more than willing to talk me through any of the thoughts that I had. He listened to my opinions, and understood exactly what I was looking for and what would be the perfect place for me. Roland took the time to show places so that I, and he, could better understand exactly what I was looking for. Many say that buying a home can be one of the most stressful processes, however, working with Roland absolutely refutes that. He is the epitome of what someone would want in a realtor. I would recommend Roland to anyone if they want a smooth home buying/selling process in the future.
Roland is a wonderful realtor but even better gentleman. We would highly recommend Roland because of his kindness, patience and knowledge of selling and buying a home. We actually became friends through this process and are thankful for all his hard work.
Roland was amazing and a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the process right upto signing off on the final paperwork. Super informative and kept in contact with us to make sure we didnt miss a step. He made the entire experience amazing and we are eternally grateful. One of the best local realtors around, we were lucky to have met him.
