Roland went above and beyond what I would expect a realtor to do. The house was owned by my 91 year old father in law and was not able to do much. My husband his only child is not well and was also not able to do much. Everything including the health care of the two of them fell on me. Roland began by meeting me for coffee and explained in detail how the process would be with getting my home in ready condition prior to the sale. He then scheduled a walk-through with Joy so that they could eliminate any items that would not aid in the proper staging of the home. In their staging efforts, they went above and beyond by painting two rooms over completely and finishing certain repair work. They assisted in cleaning as well! The transformation was incredible. Roland was always at the ready to answer any questions and his use of technology really made the review and signing of documents easy and user-friendly. He was responsive, accessible and always followed up. His final steps were to provide some finishing paint touch-ups and Joy offered to perform the last broom-sweeping of the home. They were both a pleasure to work with!
