Roger has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area of South Denver, knows a ton of people, uses and enjoys technology, has a very creative and discerning eye on showcasing a house for pictures and showings. He has very professional and personable approach that gives confidence to the seller. With his recommendations on listing, staging, photography, and technology we had a phenomenal weekend of showings and open house opportunities. This generated excitement for us the seller and four(4) offer that allowed us to sell way above asking price. By the way, his wife Jerri, also a realtor added to the process that made this a most enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Roger Evans if you are selling your house.
