He also assisted our Granddaughter and her family in buying their first home and again a year later when he sold it for them within days after it was advertised. They made enough of a profit to put it down on a bigger, nicer home. We owned a five acre tract of land that had been on and off the market for years with no luck in selling. We contacted Rod and signed with him. Within a day or two he had numerous cash offers and a contract was signed just days after the listing. The sale was completed within a very short time frame. He has more than proven he is knowledgable and professional in his role as a Realtor. I can highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their property. You won't be disappointed.
