Robert worked with us to find a property on Hilton Head Island. He was efficient, patient and knowledgeable. We looked at over 30 properties with Robert and he was positive the entire time. From July of 2018 to January of 2019 when we decided on a property, he was very engaged in our search. I highly recommend Robert for anyone looking for real estate on HH Island!
Robert helped us selling our home. He handled everything with the sale and allowed my family and I to deal with our out of state move. He made the home selling process easy, and we were able to close on escrow a week early. If you are looking for someone who is genuine, caring, and experienced at real estate, Robert is your guy!!!

Robert is one of the best to deal with when selling your home. The man knows his stuff. Very professional. If you are selling give him a call. Sold our home in 41 days at full asking price.
Robert was an essential part of us buying our home and we can't recommend him enough! As first time buyers we had a million questions and concerns, all of which Robert answered patiently and without making us feel stupid. He answers his phone/text messages at almost any hour and responds to emails just as fast. He really works hard for you to have what you want. We were under pressure to purchase a home fast, and he got it done. He set up almost 20 showings in 2 days, and as soon as we made a decision, he went to work getting us a great deal. We are so thankful for Robert, and we know if/when we ever sell, we're giving him a call!
Robert was referred to us by a friend, and we were very happy with our decision. Upon reaching out, he inmediately enrolled us in some software that helped us sort out home options. He changed the preferences for us and made good recommendations as we searched. On the day we came to look through homes, he picked us up and showed us around. His schedule was a comfortable pace and he made every effort to help us with a last minute add. He was available for any questions, concerns, and requests until close. We highly recommend Robert and know he won’t let you down.
Responsive and answered all of my questions. Got in rather quickly to see all of the homes I was interested in and helped me get into my first home. Would highly recommend.
Robert was extremely helpful through the entire process. Answered all my questions and never had to wait long for a response. Was able to get a showing of every house I was interested in pretty quickly.
It was a pleasure to have Robert Moul as my real estate agent. He helped me through the process of buying my first home as a single parent and made it happen within 30 days!!! He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend him over any realtor as you will save thousands as well receive the best service any agent can provide. I couldn't recommend him enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home!!
We were relocating to Texas for my husband's job and Robert sold our house in just over 2 weeks. He is amazing! He is so professional as well as a really nice and friendly person. He is so knowledgable about Bluffton and all of the different communities. And, his marketing skills and photographer he uses are the best out there! If you are thinking about selling or buying a home don't even think twice about it- Just call Robert! We are hoping to be back in Bluffton in a little less than 2 years now, and Robert Moul will be the first person we call to help us find our dream home!

Robert is amazing! Selling our house was such an easy process with him. Throughout the entire process, Robert repeatedly showed us that he truely was advocating for our best interests. He would respond to our texts within minutes, and never once did we feel like we were bothering him. I wish Robert was our realtor in our past home buying & selling experiences, & I wish he could be our realtor for where we are going, too!
