There are many good things to say about Robert Moul, but the first that comes to my mind is that he sold my house! After a year on the market, the house sold quickly once Robert took charge. I am happy to say that he had two offers in the first week after he listed the house with fantastic photos. The professional way he handled the initial phase of paperwork, photographs, open house, and email invitations made me feel we were in good hands, and my feelings were right. Robert always responded to my emails and calls quickly and with diplomacy. He's a great person to work with. Oh, did I mention, he brought me chocolates at the closing?
