Robert is an incredible blessing to our family! We had been working with him for 2 years prior to deciding to put our home on the market. Each year we would ask him to look at the comps and let us know where we stood and for 2 years he was completely honest with us, the timing wasn't right. This year, however, the timing was right and the comps were up and Robert worked HARD for us from day 1. We came to him with a very tight timeline AND a tenant in the home. He was always on time, always available via text or email and always ready and willing to take the next step necessary to get our house sold. We were under contract fairly quickly but the closing ran into quite a few snags on the buyers' side. But Robert......Robert kept us calm, he stayed honest with us throughout the process as we had to make decisions about deadlines, he checked in with us daily to give us updates or even sometimes just a good laugh to ease the tension, and he was in constant contact with the buyers' side to make sure they were working just as hard as he was to get the deal closed. We were thankful for Robert from the beginning, but seeing the struggle our buyers' went through because their agent was NOT Robert, made us realize what a gift he really was to our process. He was prompt, efficient, personable, driven and focused and we could not have asked for a better agent.
