Robert is an incredible blessing to our family! We had been working with him for 2 years prior to deciding to put our home on the market. Each year we would ask him to look at the comps and let us know where we stood and for 2 years he was completely honest with us, the timing wasn't right. We were thankful for Robert from the beginning, but seeing the struggle our buyers' went through because their agent was NOT Robert, made us realize what a gift he really was to our process. He was prompt, efficient, personable, driven and focused and we could not have asked for a better agent.

Talk about someone who is incredible to work with! Super responsive to emails and texts! Most of mine and my husband's interaction with Robert was via email and he made the process a lot easier for us. He always responded to our emails and texts in a timely and professional manner. Robert Moul went above and beyond in every way regarding the sale of my home. Due to some unusual circumstances with our buyers and inspection issues, the sale could have fallen through, but Robert provided excellent guidance and negotiated extremely well on our behalf.
