As first time home buyers the process of buying a home was intimidating, compounded by the fact that my wife and I were buying from out of state. For starters Robert was very responsive to text/calls/emails in the process of looking online for a home. He answered every question we had and gave us a no nonsense answer. When we found a few homes we liked we flew to Bluffton from California over a weekend where Robert was more than happy to show us as many homes as we wanted. We got the same no nonsense answers to all the questions we asked when looking at homes and also Roberts intimate knowledge of the local area.
