My wife and I partnered with Rob & Beth about a year ago when we were only exploring a move to FL and had a number of uncertainties to iron out. Rob & Beth were patient as we unloaded our concerns/challenges as well as outlined our ideal scenario. They worked with us throughout and tailored their approach to match our specifications, providing sound advice along the way. As the months went by, together we chipped away and starting to home in on a short list of possibilities which resulted in a trip down to St. Pete's. Rob & Beth were prepared for our visit and had an agenda for us to follow inclusive of seeing homes and different neighborhoods. This results in us putting an offer on a home with a unique proposal from the seller. Over the course of contract, we strategically worked together to navigate the unique proposal and even submit a counter offer once in contract - we ended up getting the home and everything we asked for. We couldn't be happier with Rob & Beth and recommend them to anyone looking for a home in FL!

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous to start the home buying process. I didn't know where to begin. My first conversation with Rob put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and professional. One key quality that stood out to me is Rob's communication and organizational skills. This is key in any real estate transaction!! I cannot emphasize this enough. If your agent is disorganized or lacks communication skills, abort mission immediately. With that said, I highly recommend Rob (and Beth-- as I had the pleasure of meeting and working with both of them). Overall, a happy buyer here, 10/10 for Rob!! :)
