I don't even know where to start! I could not have asked for a better agent. I felt like Rob had my back during the ENTIRE process of buying a home. He is very transparent, answers any questions you may have- as a first time home buyer, that was really important for me. He had so much patience, always told my partner and I if we had any questions just to reach out. He was always happy to help no matter what the situation was. When it came to terminology, he explained. When we had questions about the next steps, he would describe very thoroughly (honestly, we never really had questions about next steps because he was so on top of communication). Right before closing, I was worried about the yard being upkept before getting the keys and Rob went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He told us no matter what, it will be done, but to not worry. And sure enough it did. I strongly recommend Rob to anyone who is looking for a home, especially first time home buyers. Robb kept us posted on any and all interest on our home, gave us feedback and suggestions along the way. He was always available when we needed a question answered and was considerate to our living in the home while selling. I would highly recommend Robb should you need a realtor.

We bought a new construction home and Robb was able to time the sale of our old (without listing as contingent), so that we can seamlessly move out of our old home and into our new one.
