Rob helped me find my next dream house. He did everything I asked for and more. Not only did he drive all over the place to show me a gazillion houses. He also made sure that everything I wanted and needed in the next House was accomplished. He listens to your needs and he’s very personable too:) I consider him a new friend which is rare in the Real Estate scheme of things. He stayed with me through the house inspection, which was several hours. He communicated with me every step of the way on the purchase and the closing. if I ever need a realtor, Rob will be the guy I look to you can’t go wrong as wrong with Rob.

We’ve met Rob years ago while looking for a home and through the first year we didn’t find a home. Because of Rob’s friendship and continued help we found our home and we still are in great friendship with him. I had my doubts that my condo on a golf course could be sold during the “off season” when golfers have gone back home. Rob never saw that as an obstacle. Rather, he had a plan to price my property where he believed it would no languish on the market. His plan included aggressive a marketing campaign and professional videography and with vast market reach. He attacked that plan tenaciously while handling my emotions and concerns with professionalism and grace. He cared for my property while I was away at my summer home keeping in constant contact with me. We experienced a plethora of issues during the contractual period (including a hurricane) which highlighted Rob’s ability to calmly stay the course and get the deal done. Were I to have to do it all over again, I would definitely choose Rob as my agent. Thanks, Rob! You are the best!

I would like to say that Rob was willing to listen to my needs of what my expectations were and he followed through got me a good price for my home actually above my expectations I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone and he works 7 days a week for you not everyone does that.......
