Rob Gintner was great in helping me find my home. In such a tight market, Rob Gintner was proactive in getting me involved in my search by access to MLS realtime which was crucial. His support was great, professional but also sincere. Rob Gintner spent hours with me in my search from start to finish. I appreciated Rob's dedication to me as a buyer and would recommend as a buyers agent. It's been a week in my new condo now and I felt at home the day I moved in. Thanks Rob!

Rob Gintner and Colette Gross were very patient and understanding of my home buying needs. They were quick to show me newly listed properties and flexible to show me the properties a second time. They made sure to show me comparable properties outside my desired location to keep things in perspective. They made sure I was well informed and understood each and every step of the process. In the end, I ended up buying in my desired location. Thanks Rob and Colette!

Rob did an awesome job of listing our house as well promoting it and showing it in the best possible light. The eventual buyer was given a professional tour on the first open house and we feel that Rob's professional presentation of our product was the key to their eventual purchase. He did an awesome job of presenting our home is a positive light. It was a great experience.

I loved working with Rob because he was extreme knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in Minneapolis and had extensive knowledge of the real estate market. His experience helped me buy the best property and I am so happy to be moving soon!

Rob Gintner and Colette Gross stuck with us through a long sale and were patient and tireless in promoting our property. They were great to work with throughout - friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. We would definitely use them again.

I worked with Rob Gintner and Colette Gross as a team on both the purchase and sale of my condo. I could not ask for more support understanding and professionalism throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond by recommending moving companies and repair folks I needed. My first sale fell through and they remained completely calm and kept me sane through the process. I can't thank them enough for helping me with my transition from Minneapolis to Florida.

Rob was with us every step of the way through the home purchasing process and consistently went above and beyond what was expected from me as a first time home buyer. He was constantly engaged in the process; and patient and willing to take the time to educate and advise during the many decision points along the way. Highly recommended for anyone needing realty services!
