He's very passionate about an outcome that provides all people with a richer, more meaningful life. He has an incredible talent for spatial planning, no matter the size of the home. He went to school for interior design and planning after being in the Navy. And most importantly, he believes that buying or selling a home is much more than a transaction- it's a transition and he's always here for you. When he is not helping people transition into their next phase of life, he and his significant other are spending time with his dog, Tillie, and he's learning about history, old civilizations and just about anything to do with science or art. Yes, Rob Gintner believes in living a quality of life we all deserve, and how to make our home space both personal and purposeful. His own life transitions have shaped his outlook and talent, and as a result, the meaningful space of all those who cross his path.

Amazing with assisting with downsizing

He was able to help me find a condo and sell my house as it was time to downsize. Although it was a lot of work he made the selling of my house easy for me and helped with the transition. Answering any questions I had and went above and beyond any expectations. I truly love my new place

Over the top amazing!

Rob was completely hands on. Always ready willing and able to assist. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our buying and selling experience. We were thoroughly impressed with Rob’s work ethic. He marketed our home really well. Buying and selling a home is very stressful. Rob was there to comfort us and was so supportive every step of the way. We would not have our home if it wasn’t for Rob.

Rob took care of us from start to finish!

From the initial steps to days after closing, Rob stayed in close touch to make sure not only did we fully understand everything happening, but to make sure things were going smoothly. We had a few hiccups along the way and he kept us calm, knowing fully how stressful house selling/buying can be! We found the perfect home for the next chapter of our lives and Rob will always have a seat at our table.

Patient, knowledgeable, and professional approach

Rob helped me buy my condo back in 2016. When it came time to sell my condo, I looked no further than Rob. I wanted to rush things and get on the market ASAP but Rob suggested I focus on getting moved 1st. We did a walk through of my place, he made some suggestions of things to do and glad he did. He was resourceful in everything from having moving boxes sent to me, lining up contractors, which were timely, efficient and affordable, to last minute details like a switch plate cover replacement. We prelisted my condo as coming soon for about 5 days while flooring was installed, cleaners, and listing photos so for when it went live there were a steady stream of showings and in turn sold in 1 day with 7 offers and over listing price of course. During the whole process from start to finish, he helped remove any stressors where he could. When I decide to buy again, I have Rob on speed dial and wouldn’t call anyone else.
