Rob helped me buy my condo back in 2016. When it came time to sell my condo, I looked no further than Rob. I wanted to rush things and get on the market ASAP but Rob suggested I focus on getting moved 1st. We did a walk through of my place, he made some suggestions of things to do and glad he did. He was resourceful in everything from having moving boxes sent to me, lining up contractors, which were timely, efficient and affordable, to last minute details like a switch plate cover replacement. We prelisted my condo as coming soon for about 5 days while flooring was installed, cleaners, and listing photos so for when it went live there were a steady stream of showings and in turn sold in 1 day with 7 offers and over listing price of course. During the whole process from start to finish, he helped remove any stressors where he could. When I decide to buy again, I have Rob on speed dial and wouldn’t call anyone else.
Rob is a great agent to work with. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and market. I’ve used him twice, once to buy a property and most recently to sell an investment unit. I highly recommend him and all of his contacts to family and friends too.
Rob was always willing to do whatever needed to be done regardless of the effort needed. He explained everything in an easy to understand way. He was prepared from the first meeting with information about our property and similar property so we knew what a fair price would be and where we stood in the market. He was very generous with his time. He was always in a good mood whenever we talked to him. He would contact us every couple of days, if he hadn't heard from us, to see how things were going with the sale of our property as well as in the search to find a new home. He was genuinely excited for us starting a new chapter in our life. He was a very big help when it came to anything we needed to make the transition as smooth and painless as possible. We never felt like we were bothering him. He always seemed eager to help wherever possible.
Rob was attentive, he listened to our every concern, he thought of (many) things that helped us to cross the finish line on the sale of our home. Rob covers the large issues and follows things through to the finest details (he put up new entry lights for us!). He will go WAY above and beyond.
