We had a very small area of geography to choose from and he was able to find a townhouse that was below my budget and was nicer than I thought I would get. There were many other small but needed things he did during the entire closing procedures. His help was great appreciated. Even now that I've closed on the house, I've asked him questions dealing with the HOA...and he's answered every question. Was there always...even late night text messages. He responded.
