Very professional yet very personal to your needs. I sold a home with Rob and bought a home with him contingent. He walked us through the sale and buy side step by step and made the experience a lot easier than from what we heard from other contingent buyers and sellers. I was really pleased with his negotiation skills as he sold our house for over list price in only 3 days. On the buy side he was able to negotiate to get the home at the price we wanted and got the seller to pay $5000 of our closing costs. At the end of the closing he was still there to make sure everything was going smoothly for weeks after taking over the property. I highly recommend Mr. Calkins for buy side or sale side. He truly listens to his clients and what they want, and what needs to be done. Rob was very responsive and hard working. He helped me find the right house for my pretty specific taste in the best neighborhood in Edmonds in only about two weeks. He also used the inspection to get me a good price break that I didn't think was possible. You cannot do better.

Robert helped us buy our first home recently. Robert was great to work with. My husband & I were difficult to work with. We didn't agree. Robert was very patient with us. But great news ... We found a house we both loved. Robert helped with all our financing process and closing. Now we have the house we love all thanks to Robert. If we ever were to buy a house again we will only work with Robert .
