I met Rob in August 2022 during a difficult time for my family. My mother moved out of her condo & we needed to do a lot of work before it could be sold. I live out of state, but Rob was able to work with me to get the condo ready to sell. It took several months, multiple vendors, and a lot of work on his part, but Rob got the repairs completed, the condo listed, and we got an offer in under 30 days in a challenging market. Despite being so far away, Rob kept me updated at all times and made sure that no decisions were made that my family wasn't comfortable with. Rob did a great job of bringing in a broker team to manage a sale process that turned out to be unexpectedly complex, and was immensely helpful in keeping track of our contractors’ progress as the property was prepped for sale. In the face of a cooling real estate market we still walked away with a good offer and I’m happy we found him.
Rob communicated with us for almost a year before we were actually ready to sell our home. We had some personal setbacks that prevented us from selling after we first contacted him. He was very patient in dealing with our setbacks and would call us every few weeks to see if we were in a better position. When we were finally ready, his market assessment was very detailed. He gave great advice on what cosmetic issues should be addressed prior to going on market, and which ones to avoid.

When meeting with Rob the first time, he asked about past experiences. When I shared that one of my expectations was being kept in the "know", he really accepted that and did a fabulous job ! Rob met with us a few times over about 6 months months until we were ready to list our home. He was more of a friend just touching base than someone that was pushing to get a listing like most agents. He never ignored us or bugged us, he was just there when we needed him.
