Rob recently sold our home and we could not have been more satisfied!! Rob was extremely professional and came well prepared for our initial interview. He was calm, knowledgeable and offered his opinion when asked. We tried to do everything he advised and it went very well for us. He always made himself available. Was easy to get a hold of. Things that were awesome: Rob didn't suggest a lot of extra fluff in terms of staging and getting ready to list. Concierge service, so I didn't have to collect bids and line up contractors from another state. Proactive communication, kind, and understanding. Things that caught me unaware: The pricing recommendation at listing was too high, and multiple price adjustments were required, which I'd been trying to avoid. The net sheet wasn't quite accurate (a couple of thousand dollars off) As a first-time home seller, I wish I had been more educated about the size of the excise tax earlier in the process.
One thing I can say about Rob is he does his homework to determine what the market is doing. He spends the time to get a lot of comparisons to the property you are trying to sell so you have a good feel for how the market is doing. He also has a comprehensive plan for selling the property. I liked the pre listing inspection so that there were no surprises when trying to sell the property and the buyers knew the condition of the property without having to wait on an inspection. Also limiting the vieiwing to qualified buyers and not just anyone off the street reduces the amount of traffic wandering through your house. He let’s you know what to expect and when. He doesn’t try to make you adhere to a time schedule he wants, he’s willing to work to a schedule you are comfortable with. This was the easiest home sale I have made. He has done alright by me and I highly recommend him as an agent.
