When meeting with Rob the first time, he asked about past experiences. When I shared that one of my expectations was being kept in the "know", he really accepted that and did a fabulous job ! Even when we ran into a few small speed bumps, he jumped in with both explaining things, and offers to help with any issue. I would highly recommend Rob to any of my friends and family.
Rob met with us a few times over about 6 months months until we were ready to list our home. He was more of a friend just touching base than someone that was pushing to get a listing like most agents. He never ignored us or bugged us, he was just there when we needed him. Rob Calkins is one of the most dynamic, outgoing, and professional real estate agents I have met. Rob is transparent, meaning that when he tells you how much your house is worth, he is correct. Rob allowed me to ask for a higher price for my Seattle, WA home, however, he told me "this is too high." Rob was right, I ended up wasting two weeks of time and ended up selling my home for the price Rob originally suggested.
