Rob did a great job of bringing in a broker team to manage a sale process that turned out to be unexpectedly complex, and was immensely helpful in keeping track of our contractors’ progress as the property was prepped for sale. In the face of a cooling real estate market we still walked away with a good offer and I’m happy we found him.
Rob communicated with us for almost a year before we were actually ready to sell our home. We had some personal setbacks that prevented us from selling after we first contacted him. He was very patient in dealing with our setbacks and would call us every few weeks to see if we were in a better position. When we were finally ready, his market assessment was very detailed. He gave great advice on what cosmetic issues should be addressed prior to going on market, and which ones to avoid.

Rob allowed me to ask for a higher price for my Seattle, WA home, however, he told me "this is too high."
