To say that Riley Carter was born to be a Realtor would be a vast understatement. Born and raised in South Minneapolis by an architect, real estate agent, and real estate developer, finding the perfect home for her clients comes naturally to her…it’s in her DNA.
Luxury is a state of mind, and luxury is the experience Riley's clients receive— she is passionate about providing an exceptional experience beginning to end and will work hard to provide it, right down to scrubbing floors! In real estate since 2016, Riley is intimately familiar with the Edina, Uptown Minneapolis, Richfield and Southwest Minneapolis, where she currently resides with her wife and two daughters.
It’s important to Riley to get to know each of her clients well so she can properly support and guide them to a house and a neighborhood that makes them feel most at home. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she understands that each person’s needs and wants are unique, and she is keenly adept at listening and addressing concerns, with the goal that every client has their happy closing.
When she's not with her clients, Riley loves to spend time with her family and is very active in the Southwest Minneapolis school district where her daughters attend school. She is thrilled to be a part of the Happier Closings Group, teaching her girls that pursuing your passions and helping others is an inspired way to lead your life.
