Rick was an outstanding realtor. I told him what I wanted and he promised to work within those limits but also explained the area and the style of homes. He immediately started sending me homes and connected me with a banker who was also outstanding. Rick was very responsive to text, emails and phone calls and worked diligently to put in my contract. I was a difficult type of customer since I lived out of state (military) and was not there to see the homes but Rick went above and beyond to send me quality videos pointing out any discrepancy no matter how minor. I would recommend him to anyone coming to the Watertown area and know that they will be in outstanding hands.

Ricky was able to get me touring houses and properties within 2 days of initial contact. I’m not living in the area yet and he made the process of finding the right home seamless. He was able to share his knowledge of the area in a way where I felt like I already knew the area by the time I was ready to look at houses. When it came to negotiations and the actual offer/counter offer process, Ricky gave me candid and incite-full advice that helped me purchase the home at a great deal and for less than anticipated. Ricky is an incredible individual to work with. He goes far above and beyond when matching you to a house and shares honest opinions on places. Being a first time home buyer was terrifying and Ricky was there 100% of the way to walk us through the entire process. Very patient and understanding. Answers questions, takes calls and texts at random times of the day and really understands when it is necessary to break down information to the Barny style level, which we needed often. Being military and not able to see anything in person was a challenge and Ricky did thorough video walk through and identified areas in houses that were challenges and areas to consider walking away from. The offering process was just as daunting as looking, and again, this gentleman was there to walk through the process with fair offers and counter offers. I really can't express enough just how grateful I am for his professionalism, compassion and understanding. My wife and I were geographically separated, both working and Ricky worked around our schedules to get us information.
