Rick works hard and will work with your schedule no matter how hectic. He as a buyers agent is not at all pushy and does not sugar coat anything in order to make a sale. I believe he is genuinely on your side. That said he does not drop the ball and is on top of paperwork and all the other nuances that you hire and agent for to begin with. Lastly, he goes above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly right down to signing. If he gives you a recommendation then go with it.
