I worked with him to sell a house in upstate New York. He was very professional and kept me updated on not just my house but the events of the buyer to keep the timeframe expectation real. The contractor he used to fix the things that the seller requested was reasonable and timely for my needs. Everyone says stuff like this but I mean it, I highly recommend working with him

With his help, I found a house, went under contract, and closed on it within a month. Since there are so many professionals to choose from when purchasing a house I decided to find an agent who we would work with for when we would actually begin the home buying process; we were not planning to start for at least 6 months. Although there are other agents that are listed as having more years of experience than him, I was very impressed with the reviews I read from people who had worked with him. I almost decided to choose someone more "seasoned" but we are so glad we chose Rick!! We actually ended up putting in an offer on a home much sooner than we had planned and it was accepted- first offer. Moving forward we asked who he recommended for things such as the home inspection, loan officers, etc. We chose to hire/work with who he suggested and again- we are so thankful we did!! Overall our first home purchase experience went smoothly and quickly. Rick was a major reason why. Unlike some people who can be arrogant when they are good at their job, Rick is kind, humble, and appreciative. Ricky provided me with any and all the information I asked for and it prompt manner, and was diligent in following through with the sellers, realtor and the lawyers involved with the closing. This process could have been rather bumpy with the issues involved with the seller, but through clear communication and being proactive, this process was pretty smooth sailing.

Rick went above in beyond throughout the whole experience. My work schedule didn’t always allow for us to meet during normal hours of the day. Rick was extremely flexible and made time to meet with me late into the night and early in the morning if necessary.
