Rick was an absolutely phenomenal agent for me, especially as I am a first time home buyer. Ricky was initially going to sell us a home in Chaumont, NY but after my wife was accepted into Physicians’ Assistant school at SUNY Upstate we made the decision to move to Syracuse and sell our home. Rick was great in helping me buy my first home. I was out of state the whole time and was PCSing from VA to NY. I never got to see the homes in person but Rick made sure to provide in depth video tours, respond to my questions, and set up custom portal to help find a home.
