Rick and his team handled the sale of our home seamlessly. I appreciated the group text messaging that was efficient and effective in sharing and resolving the many issues involved in a home sale. Rick knew exactly how and when to present our home for sale choosing a very small window of time from listing to showing. An open house was held on both weekend days immediately after listing. Rich was present at all showings of the home. In pricing our home, Rick prepared a detailed comparison of recent sales and pending sales adjusting the selling prices up or down to account for the differences between the comparable homes. This approach made us very confident in determining the asking price. Rick guided us about what type of contract to offer buyers with least risk for us. Once an offer was accepted, Rick handled the inspection details and provided seamless communication between us and the buyers as the details were resolved. At the closing, Rick presented us with elegant picture books of the listing photos as a keepsake. Very importantly, I felt Rick was very sensitive to how much we loved our home and what it meant to us to sell it as well as to find the right buyer. I highly recommend Rick and his team.
It is not an easy experience to be able to get a house, or a unit in the crazy Tampa property market. In this seller’s market, most houses are usually under contract just a few days after they are listed on the market. Keller Williams is a very professional realtor company. Its professionalism and excellent customer care are undoubtedly reflected in its agents’ working with their respective clients. Kevin was the agent who has helped me in the past seven months. We had viewed over 20 listings. He was polite, punctual, knowledgeable, patient and responsible. I have changed my search criteria several times, sometimes due to market changes and more often my own preferences. He would remain patient, assuring me that I would find a right place. He responded to every single text I sent. In house viewing, Kevin would point out things to be aware of. He was willing to check things up when I had a query. Not to say his hard working and offering recommendations of the team when I finally decided to make an offer, usually nearing the deadline. It has been a strenuous process but it’s definitely a joy to be able to purchase a place and get to know Kevin, who, by the way ( to my surprise) , is well versed in Cantonese. The professional service provided by Keller Williams is definitely one thing I will remember and can trust.
