What we liked so much about the service we got from our real estate agents, Rick Woods and Terry Knight, was their consistently personal approach, long experience in our classy Tampa neighborhood and calm cousel about how to score a quick sale. On time, on top of the many buyers that toured our home, willing to work with our attorney on contract details, these two did a super job for us.At one point, we thought we were losing our buyer, but Rick told us to sit tight and allow the title company to resolve the mix-up, which it eventually did.We could not recommend the service we enjoyed any more heartily. It was just terrific.

They were extraordinarily thorough in dealing with the sellers, with appraisers, with inspectors, and with our lender. They helped us through every step to closing, just after Hurricane Irma. We feel as if they have become fast friends. n nAs if what we've said thus far isn't enough, there is more. First, we know a bit about real estate. Rick and Terry know much more. There is very little they haven't seen, and their years of experience shine through whenever a tough or tricky issue arises. Second, they and their staff are very responsive and truly professional.
