Rich Valentino is by far the best realtor to work with. My husband and I met him at an open house 4 years ago He impressed us so much that we decided to contact him to help us purchase a home. Through the 2 year journey he was always professional yet made us feel like we were best friends forever. We always felt he had our best interests at heart. He’s kind, considerate, friendly, very hardworking. When I found myself wanting to sell the house 2 years later, I knew I had to call Rich. He walked me through everything, helped find contractors to do whatever was needed to help. You cannot go wrong with having Rich as your realtor. He is passionate and knowledgeable about real estate.

I have now sold two houses and purchased one house with Richard Valentino. I will never use another realtor. He is the most patient realtor, and has spent hours driving me around to houses to find the perfect location. When it came time to sell he was able to guide me on what needed to be updated in the house, and what to spend money on, vs what to save money on. I will forever be thankful for Richards guidance.
