We would not be in our new home if it wasn't for Richard's excellent knowledge of today's high demand of real estate! Competition is crazy and Richard new exactly how to maneuver through it all. So thankful. Our move was not an easy one either. We were moving from Maine to Illinois and he took every step with us in detail. When it was time to actually see a how we were interested in we didn't have time to fly in quickly to do so. Richard was able to FaceTime us and show us the property. He was extremely thorough, as if we were walking through it ourselves. He even took the time to walk around the neighbor hood and talk to us about it. We ended up choosing our home this way!! Richard is incredible!! He knows exactly what is needed to sell the house. I could not believe the amount of time and physical work Richard spent on my house. He replaced most of the light fixtures, painted the fireplace and medicine cabinets, fixed the fridge door, and on and on. He even pulled weeds. We had three offers within three days of listing the house!
