He communicates very well and has great contacts with trades people to handle anything that comes up with the sale of the home. He takes a hands-on approach with any repair work that may be needed and is very handy in that way. Really very helpful and comes up with great solutions with any situation that may come up. He put together a great marketing program and follow through is great. He has a handle on the latest marketing technology and takes full advantage to help with the home sale. I had dealt with other realtors in the past but no one had the knowledge, background, many years of experience (over 40) and marketing skills he has. When he first sat down with me to discuss the sale, he had already done massive research on recent sales in the area and had all kinds of reports which supported the price he suggested we list the home for. By the time we got to the actual listing paperwork, my table was covered in reports and data. (This guy does his homework!) He also provided me a booklet that he wrote on how to prepare my home for sale. I have to say, he left no stone unturned in doing his job. He even replaced some faucets and light fixtures for me to modernize my home so it would appeal to more buyers. (What other realtors do this? I don’t think any!) His photography and videography were the best I have ever seen. I can go on and on! If someone is looking for a professional realtor to handle your sale (or purchase) you need to call Richard. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a professional realtor to call him (and I already have!)

He seemed very knowledgeable/sincere/willing to help & also provided us with a home-buying & home-selling books. The books were also very helpful & informative. Richard was an excellent choice. He fully earned the commission he will get from this sale. At some point we were feeling guilty of making him work too hard without closure but he never complained and was positive throughout.
